End of Summer

Well the end of summer has arrived...much to my disappointment. I went to get soft serve ice cream earlier and they were closed for the season :( Although my pool is still open! It was a little too chilly and the clouds looked threatening so I didn't use it today. I love fall but that means we are that much closer to winter. Ugh, I can't even think about it.

I've been pretty busy since the last time I wrote on here. Work is work. That's all I'll say about that. The Red Sox game I went to was fun, even though they lost. Kelly's batchelorette party was the following weekend. We went out to dinner then spent the rest of the night bowling. The weekend after that was her wedding. Brand came for 2 nights for the wedding. The ceremony was inside and the reception was outside under a tent. It was freeeeeeeeezing.

The weekend after that, a coworker had a party at her unique circular house out in the middle of nowhere. Ain't nothing like beer pong on a summer night. The following weekend I went to Adam's parents anniversary party at the Fireside Inn. Kendall's mom got married the weekend after that at a nice inn in Vermont. I've gone to a lot of weddings this summer so it won't suprise you when I say I went to another wedding in ME this past weekend. It was a good time and needless to say I have some very incriminating photos of Brandi (she can't hold her booze like I can). I'm a tank. Well, not really, but I do ok.

So some updates. Xander is halfway done with a month-long regimen of antibiotics. This better work this time around. I have noticed a big improvement so I'm hoping we kick these snot rockets. According to my eye check-up last week, I haven't worsened since last year. I want laser surgery soooooo bad. I'm just scared it won't go well and plus it's pretty pricey. I should probably wait a few years.

Next Thursday I am going to San Diego for a few days to visit my friend Suzy. It's going to be super fun! we'll be beaching, possibly surfing, shopping and going to Legoland one day lol. Heather and Dave are Xander-sitting. I will make an album of pictures online when I come back.

The generic benadryl and the ice cream sitting in my freezer is making this hard to continue so I am signing off! G'night!

Awww, I wish we could Xander-sit sometime! But I guess he probably gets a little nervous when he comes into our neighborhood, with The Ancient One and the Pink Stiletto of Darkness lurking in every shadow...

Looking forward to your post of the incriminating pictures.
