First blog!

Can I just say that I love lazy Sundays. Especially when I don't have to work the next day. It's just Xander and I, my PJ's, a burning candle, and a warm apartment (which I prefer to be set at 76 degrees). Lounging on the couch watching movies is the best, most relaxing thing I can do for myself. Jurassic Park just ended, I used to be obsessed with that movie. Brings back childhood memories of how my eyes were glued to the TV screen the first time watching it (my only company was Geeby) and how I thought raptors were going to chase me up the stairs. And we owe the saga of Lex and Tim to that movie. We were strange kids.
So a new year has begun and with it, new resolutions. I have several, like I always do. They include keeping up with this blog (atleast once a week), going to the gym 3 times a week (there is monetary motivation behind that as well as physical appearance improvement), stop certain bad habits, improve my attitude and social interaction, and figure out where I want to go next. Phew.
Soooooo I was a little spontaneous last week and bought myself a diamond ring. It's just a band with little diamonds set inside it and it's very peeeeeeeeeeeerty and fun to look at. It makes me happy. One thing that doesn't make me happy is when Xander has diarrhea and I have to run his poop-smeared paw under the faucet until it's clean. I then proceed with cleaning my entire apartment until I feel better. Yeah that happened today. I guess that's it for now. Later!
